                Prohibited Activities

                You agree that you will not:

                - Engage in any illegal conduct or encourage any illegal activity.

                - Upload or distribute any material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

                - Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

                - Violate the rights of others, including but not limited to rights of privacy and intellectual property rights.

                - Use the Game to transmit unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk email (“spam”), or any form of solicitation.

                Account Suspension or Termination

                Run Games LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Game for any violation of this Agreement or if we believe your conduct is harmful to other users, the community, or the Game itself.<br><br>If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to any in-game content or benefits without notice or compensation.

                Disclaimer of Warranties

Run Games LLC. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Game’s performance, availability, or reliability.<br><br>No Liability for User Content: Run Games LLC is not responsible for any User Content posted in the Game, and you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

                Limitation of Liability

                Updates and Changes

Your continued use of the Game after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.<br><br><div class="bb_h2">Governing Law and Dispute Resolution</div>This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware.
