**END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT**

**IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:** This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Gold Orange Studio ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") for the licensed software game product ("Game") that you have licensed. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.

**1. GRANT OF LICENSE**
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Gold Orange Studio hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use one (1) copy of the Game on a device that you personally own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

**2. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY**
The Game, including but not limited to all code, graphics, artwork, animations, sounds, music, narrative, text, and any related documentation, is the proprietary property of Gold Orange Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Game is licensed, not sold, to you. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Game under this EULA. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Gold Orange Studio.

**3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS**
You may not, and you agree not to, nor permit any third party to:

a. Copy (except for a single backup copy), reproduce, distribute, rent, lease, loan, or publicly perform or display the Game;
b. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, or create derivative works based on the Game, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
c. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on or in the Game;
d. Use the Game for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to use in arcades, internet cafes, or any other location-based site without a separate, express written agreement from us;
e. Use cheats, automation software ("bots"), mods, hacks, or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Game experience, exploit the Game, or gain an unfair advantage.

**4. USER GENERATED CONTENT AND CONDUCT**
If the Game permits you to create, upload, or share content ("User Generated Content"), you represent and warrant that you own all rights to such content or have obtained all necessary permissions. You hereby grant Gold Orange Studio a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Generated Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Game. You agree not to create, upload, or share any User Generated Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove any User Generated Content at our sole discretion.

**5. VIRTUAL ITEMS**
The Game may allow you to earn or purchase virtual in-game currency, items, or other goods ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge that Virtual Items have no real-world value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable. You have no property right or title in any Virtual Items, which remain the intellectual property of Gold Orange Studio. We may manage, modify, regulate, control, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice, and shall have no liability to you for any such actions.

**6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES**
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOLD ORANGE STUDIO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

**7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY**
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GOLD ORANGE STUDIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE GAME, IF ANY. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE ABOVE STATED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

**8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES**
The Game is distributed and operated via third-party platforms such as Steam. Your use of the Game is also subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of such platforms. Gold Orange Studio is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third-party platforms.

**9. TERM AND TERMINATION**
This EULA is effective from the date you first install or use the Game and continues until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by permanently destroying all copies of the Game. It will terminate immediately and automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.

**10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION**
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this EULA shall be first settled through friendly negotiations. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

**11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND CHANGES**
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Gold Orange Studio concerning the Game and supersedes all prior agreements. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either by in-game notification, via email, or by posting a notice on our website or the Steam store page. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Game after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
