Florentum - End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and 3TK Games ("Developer") for the video game Florentum ("Game").

By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

3TK Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Florentum for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Game or any part of it.

2. Ownership

Florentum is the property of 3TK Games and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game to you.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game

Use cheats, automation software, bots, or exploits

Attempt to extract assets or source code

Distribute or upload the Game without permission

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your license.

4. Early Access Disclaimer

Florentum may be released as an Early Access or pre-release version.

This means:

The Game may contain bugs or unfinished features

Content may change during development

Updates may modify gameplay or systems

By playing the Game, you acknowledge that development is ongoing.

5. Updates and Changes

3TK Games may provide updates, patches, or additional content for Florentum.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Game at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3TK Games is not responsible for:

Data loss

System damage

Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Game.

8. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you violate any part of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Game.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
