Please read this End User License Agreement carefully. This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "EULA") governs your use of the video games, application software, software, and related upgrades, patches, updates, and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Product") provided by Howling Rain Interactive Entertainment CO., LTD. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

This EULA is based on Howling Rain providing the Product to you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") and your use of these Products. By installing or using the Product, you agree to always accept and comply with (1) this EULA and (2) the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these, do not install or use the Product.

本EULA以Howling Rain提供產品給你（以下簡稱「使用者」或「你」）且你會使用這些產品為基礎。

Howling Rain reserves the right to change, modify, add, or delete the provisions of this EULA at any time according to the procedures described in Section 9 below.

1. Grant of License

1.1 Howling Rain (or its licensors) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal license for non-commercial use to install and/or use the Product (in whole or in part), and any updates, patches, fixes, and modifications thereof, until terminated by either you or Howling Rain under this EULA. Without obtaining authorization from Howling Rain, you may not, and may not permit others to, commercially exploit the Product or this license. To continue using the Product on specific hardware, updates, upgrades, fixes, and modifications may be necessary. The Product is licensed, not sold, to you.

1.1 Howling Rain（或其授權者）賦予你安裝及/或使用產品（整體或部分）以及任何產品的非獨佔、不可轉讓、不可轉授、非商業用途的個人授權（以下簡稱「授權」），直至你或Howling Rain任一方終止本EULA。在未取得Howling Rain授權的情況下，你不得，也不得讓他人，將產品或本授權做商業用途。為了能繼續在特定硬體上使用產品，可能有必要進行更新、升級、修正和改動。本產品乃授權而非出售給你。

1.2 You may not directly or indirectly (i) sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, sell, or exploit the Product or any part thereof for commercial purposes; (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Product (unless the Product allows you to create, generate, or submit user-generated content through specific functionalities, and you need to create an account and comply with the terms of use for this purpose); (iii) create, use, and/or distribute "automation," "mod," "script," or "macro" computer programs or other "cheat" or "hacking" software applications in relation to the Product (whether in online multiplayer or single-player games on the internet or local area networks); (iv) remove, alter, disable, or circumvent any copyright and trademark notices or other copyright and original information, statements, or labels contained in the Product; and (v) violate any applicable laws or regulations regarding the export or re-export of the Product or any altered copies thereof.

1.2 你不得直接或間接（i）基於商業目的出售、出租、租賃、授權、散布、銷售、利用產品或產品的任何部分；（ii）對本產品的整體或部分實施逆向工程、反編譯、反組譯、改編、複製或創作衍生作品（除非產品讓你透過特定功能創作、產生或提交使用者自創內容，且你需要為此開設帳號及遵守使用條款）；（iii）針對本產品創作、使用及/或散布「自動化」、「修改器」、「腳本」或「巨集」電腦程式或其他「作弊」或「駭客」程式或軟體應用程式（無論是在網際網路或區域網路上的線上多人遊戲或單人遊戲裡）；（iv）移除、更改、停用或規避本產品含有的任何版權及商標標示或其他原著及原創資訊、聲明或標籤，以及（v）違反任何適用法律或規定出口或再出口本產品或任何變造複製品。

1.3 When using the Product, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules. You also agree to comply with specific codes of conduct governing your use of the Product (hereinafter referred to as "Code of Conduct"), but such codes of conduct are not exhaustive, and Howling Rain may modify them at any time. In any case, you may only use the Product for its intended purpose.

1.3 使用產品時，你同意遵守所有適用法律、規章和規定。你也同意遵守規範你使用產品的特定行為守則（以下簡稱「行為守則」），但這樣的守則未盡周嚴，Howling Rain可隨時進行修改。在任何情況下，你只能根據產品的預期用途使用產品。

For example (but not limited to Howling Rain's rights to take action against you), you may not:
a. Create, use, share, and/or publish any material (text, phrases, images, sounds, videos, etc.) related to the Product that may violate confidentiality obligations, infringe any intellectual property rights or personal privacy rights, or incite unlawful behavior (especially piracy, cracking, or dissemination of counterfeit software);
b. Modify, distort, impede, disrupt, delay, interfere with, and/or impose abnormal burdens on the normal functions of the entire or part of the Product, or the availability of the Product to other users, or the normal operation of the Product's partner network, or attempt to engage in any of the above behaviors;
c. Spread or reproduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, bombs, destructive files, and/or similar destructive devices or destructive data related to the Product, and/or engage in any form of organization, participation, or joining in activities attacking Howling Rain servers and/or Product and/or its service providers and partners;
d. Create, provide, or use alternative methods of using the Product, such as server simulators;
e. Spam chat messages for personal or commercial purposes, disrupt the flow of conversation by repeatedly posting similar messages;
f. Transmit or communicate any materials or content deemed offensive (as determined by Howling Rain), including but not limited to those with harmful, threatening, illegal, abusive, insulting, harassing, defamatory, contemptuous, obscene, pornographic, racially discriminatory, or offensive language;
g. Harass or threaten any other Product users;
h. Improperly use assistance services or complaint buttons, or send false reports to Howling Rain staff;
i. Impersonate Howling Rain's employees, representatives, partners, and/or agents;
j. Impersonate Product or Howling Rain-related spokespeople.

例如（但不限制Howling Rain對你採取行動的權利），你不得：
a. 以任何形式創作、使用、分享及/或發表與產品有關且可能違反保密責任、侵害任何智慧財產權或個人隱私權或煽動不法行為（尤其是盜版、破解或散布仿冒軟體）的任何素材（文字、文句、圖片、聲音、影片等等）；
b. 修改、扭曲、阻撓、擾亂、延遲、妨礙及/或加重異常負擔給整體或部分產品的正常功能，或其他使用者的產品可用性，或產品合作伙伴網路的正常運作，或嘗試進行上述任何行為；
c. 傳播或繁殖任何病毒、特洛伊木馬、蠕蟲、炸彈、毀損文件及/或類似的毀滅性裝置或與產品有關的毀損資料，及/或以任何形式組織、參與或加入攻擊Howling Rain伺服器及/或產品及/或其服務供應商與合作伙伴的活動；
d. 創造、提供或使用替代的產品使用方法，例如伺服器模擬器；
e. 不論出於個人或商業目的濫發聊天訊息，透過重複張貼類似的訊息來干擾對話流程；
f. 傳播或交流任何被視為帶有攻擊性的素材或內容（由Howling Rain酌情判斷），包括但不限於帶有傷害、威脅、非法、辱罵、騷擾、誹謗、蔑視、淫穢、色情性質，或帶有人種、種族歧視，或引人不悅的言語；
g. 騷擾或威脅任何其他產品使用者；
h. 不當使用協助服務或投訴按鈕，或發送假造報告給Howling Rain工作人員；
i. 冒充Howling Rain的員工、代表、合作伙伴及/或代理商；
j. 冒充產品或Howling Rain相關代言人。

2. Ownership

2. 所有權。
產品所含或涉及的所有權利、擁有權和智慧財產權（包括但不限於產品中以單獨或組合形式呈現的所有文字、圖像、音樂或聲音、所有訊息或資訊項目、虛擬角色、名稱、主題、物件、場景、服裝、效果、對話、標語、地點、特徵、圖表、概念、編舞、影片、影音效果、網域名稱以及任何其他要素），以及上述內容的任何及所有拷貝均屬Howling Rain或其授權者所有。產品受國家和國際法律、著作權條約與慣例以及其他法律保護。產品可能包含特定的授權素材，若是如此，在有任何違反本協議的情況下，Howling Rain的授權者可能會保護其權利。未經Howling Rain（在適用情況下，也包括Howling Rain的授權者和代表）的事先允許，不得基於任何原因或以任何方式複製或展示此類授權素材。除非本EULA有明確規定，否則Howling Rain將明確保留本協議未賦予給你的所有權利。

All rights, ownership, and intellectual property rights (including but not limited to all texts, images, music or sounds, all information or data items, virtual characters, names, themes, objects, scenes, costumes, effects, dialogues, slogans, locations, features, graphics, concepts, choreography, videos, audiovisual effects, domain names, and any other elements presented individually or in combination in the Product), as well as any and all copies thereof, contained or related to the Product, belong to Howling Rain or its licensors. The Product is protected by national and international laws, copyright treaties and conventions, and other legal protections. The Product may contain specific licensed materials, and in such cases, Howling Rain's licensors may protect their rights in the event of any breach of this Agreement. Without prior permission from Howling Rain (including Howling Rain's licensors and representatives, where applicable), such licensed materials may not be copied or displayed for any reason or in any manner. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this EULA, Howling Rain will expressly reserve all rights not granted to you under this Agreement. This license does not grant any ownership or ownership rights to the Product and should not be construed as granting any rights to sell the Product.

進行遊戲前請先仔細閱讀本協議。當服務使用者以任何方式安裝、複製、或使用本公司的遊戲或本遊戲軟體、或其他服務時，應被視為已同意Howling Rain及其關係企業或子公司明示的本協議、服務使用條款等。

Please read this Agreement carefully before playing the game. When a user installs, copies, or uses our games, game software, or other services in any way, it shall be deemed that the user has agreed to the EULA, Service Terms, etc. expressly stated by Howling Rain and its affiliates or subsidiaries.
