Usted acepta no:<br><br>• Publicar, transmitir o hacer disponible de cualquier otro modo, a través o en conexión con la Aplicación:<br><br>-  Cualquier cosa que sea o pueda ser (a) amenazante, acosadora, degradante, odiosa o intimidante; (b) difamatoria; (c) fraudulenta o maliciosa; (d) obscena, indecente, pornográfica u ofensiva de cualquier otro modo; (e) protegida por derechos de autor, marcas comerciales, secretos comerciales, derechos de publicidad u otros derechos de propiedad sin el previo consentimiento del titular de dicho derecho; (f) relacionada con el alcohol o la venta de productos tabacaleros, munición o armas; o (g) relacionada con las apuestas.<br><br>-  Cualquier material que pudiera dar lugar a una responsabilidad civil o criminal; que fomente una conducta que constituiría un delito criminal; o que fomente o proporcione información instructiva sobre actividades ilegales o actividades tales como “hacking”, “cracking” o “phreaking”.<br><br>-  Cualquier virus, gusano, caballo troyano, huevo de pascua, bomba de tiempo, spyware u otro código informático, archivo o programa que sea potencialmente dañino o invasivo o que pueda o pretenda dañar o piratear el funcionamiento o supervisar el uso de cualquier hardware, software o equipo.<br><br>-  Cualquier publicidad no solicitada o no autorizada, material promocional, “correo basura”, “correo no deseado”, “cartas en cadena”, “esquemas piramidales” u oportunidades de inversión, o cualquier otro tipo de solicitud.<br><br>-  Cualquier información no pública material sobre una empresa sin la autorización pertinente para ello.<br><br>• Utilizar la Aplicación para cualquier propósito fraudulento o ilegal, incluyendo cualquier acto o intento de acto de este tipo con respecto a los pagos efectuados en relación con la Aplicación.<br><br>• Intentar obtener por sí mismo o por cualquier otra persona una ventaja injusta con respecto al uso de la Aplicación, incluido el uso de trampas, explotaciones, software de automatización, robots, hackeos, mods o cualquier software no autorizado de terceros, o mediante la explotación de cualquier fallo o error en la Aplicación. declarar falsamente o tergiversar de otro modo su afiliación con cualquier persona o entidad relacionada con la Aplicación; o expresar o implicar que Konami respalda cualquier declaración que realice.<br><br>• Interferir o interrumpir el funcionamiento de la Aplicación o de los servidores o redes utilizados para hacer que la Aplicación esté disponible, incluyendo sin limitación la realización de cualquier acción que imponga una carga no razonable o desproporcionada sobre la Aplicación o sobre dichos servidores o redes; o violar cualquiera de los requisitos, procedimientos, políticas o regulaciones de dichas redes.<br><br>• Restringir o inhibir a cualquier otra persona del uso de la Aplicación (incluyendo, sin limitación, piratear o desfigurar cualquier parte de la Aplicación).<br><br>• Utilizar la Aplicación para anunciar u ofrecer la venta o compra de bienes o servicios.<br><br>• Licenciar, sublicenciar, transferir, asignar, reproducir, duplicar, copiar, vender, revender, distribuir o explotar de cualquier otro modo con fines comerciales, cualquier parte del uso o acceso a la Aplicación.<br><br>• Reproducir, modificar, adaptar, publicar, distribuir, transmitir, realizar trabajos derivados, traducir, realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar cualquier parte de la Aplicación sin el consentimiento previo de Konami.<br><br>• Eliminar cualquier aviso de derechos de autor, marca comercial u otro aviso de derechos de propiedad de la Aplicación o de los materiales procedentes de la Aplicación.<br><br>• Enmarcar o representar cualquier parte de la Aplicación sin el previo consentimiento por escrito de Konami.<br><br>• Crear una base de datos descargando y almacenando Materiales sistemáticamente.<br><br>• Usar un robot, araña, aplicación de búsqueda/recuperación de sitios u otro dispositivo manual o automático para recuperar, indexar, “reunir”, “recolectar datos” o de cualquier manera recopilar Materiales o reproducir o burlar la estructura de navegación o la presentación de la Aplicación sin el consentimiento expreso por escrito de Konami.<br><br>• Prostituir a menores, explotar menores con fines pornográficos o participar en actos que puedan constituir abuso infantil; o participar en actos que pudieran tener una mala influencia o fomentar comportamientos indecentes entre personas menores de 20 años de edad (incluyendo animar a tales personas a beber, fumar o apostar, o publicar información relacionada con la industria del entretenimiento adulto o sexual y solicitarles que accedan a sitios inadecuados para su uso por ellas). <br><br>• Participar en actos que fomenten o asistan al suicidio o al abuso de drogas, o cualquier acto que dé lugar a reuniones con el fin de realizar actos sexuales u obscenos. <br><br>• Buscar una relación con otra persona o participar en actos que Konami determine se realizan con el propósito principal de crear una relación (incluyendo relaciones, actos y socialización limitada dentro de la Aplicación).<br><br>• Publicar o solicitar información que pueda identificar o permitir el acceso directo a una persona (como un número de teléfono, una dirección de correo electrónico y una cuenta de servicio SNS).<br><br>• Realizar campaña preelectoral, campaña o participar en políticas u otros actos similares.<br><br>• Publicar, recopilar o acumular información personal de terceros (incluyendo direcciones, direcciones de correo electrónico, números de teléfono, números de tarjetas de crédito y números de cuenta). <br><br>• Comerciar en moneda real, convertir las ID de la Cuenta, los datos, los personajes o los elementos de la Aplicación en dinero en efectivo, comprar o vender bienes o información a través de lo anterior o cualquier acto o declaración similar a lo anterior. <br><br>• A menos que Konami lo permita explícitamente, ceder, intercambiar, prestar o licenciar datos, personajes o artículos en la Aplicación, o hacer referencia a algo que sea comparable con lo anterior. <br><br>• Utilizar cualquier defecto del programa de la Aplicación o cualquier otro fenómeno problemático o efecto para obtener un beneficio u otro propósito inadecuado.<br><br>• Participar en cualquier acto que instigue, aliente o incite cualquier acto establecido en esta Sección.<br><br>• Participar en cualquier otro acto que Konami determine ser inapropiado por motivos razonables.<br><br>Usted será responsable por su uso de la Aplicación y de cualquier información que publique o haga disponible de cualquier otra forma a través de su uso de la Aplicación.<br><br>Usted será el único responsable de la compensación por todas y cada una de las pérdidas y daños, incluyendo honorarios razonables de abogados, sufridos por Konami o cualquier tercero, incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a, todas y cada una de las pérdidas y daños sufridos por Konami o cualquier tercero debido a su falta de cumplimiento de estos Términos de Konami.<br><br>3.  Compra de Bienes Virtuales. La Aplicación puede proporcionarle la oportunidad de adquirir licencias personales, limitadas, revocables y no transferibles para acceder y utilizar productos virtuales (colectivamente, “Bienes Virtuales”) exclusivamente dentro de la Aplicación y exclusivamente para fines personales y no comerciales. Estas adquisiciones pueden realizase utilizando moneda virtual (p. ej., monedas virtuales, fichas o puntos) (“Moneda virtual”) obtenida o adquirida a través de la Aplicación o de uno de los proveedores de moneda virtual autorizados por Konami. Usted deberá realizar el pago correspondiente siguiendo un método que indiquemos nosotros por separado por nosotros. Dicha información podría incluir su número de tarjeta de crédito, su fecha de caducidad y su dirección de facturación, así como otra información relacionada con los métodos de pago privados. La compra y el uso de la Moneda Virtual se rigen por los términos y condiciones de los “Términos y Condiciones de Uso de la Moneda Virtual” que se encuentran en la Aplicación. USTED DECLARA Y GARANTIZA QUE TIENE EL DERECHO LEGAL PARA USAR CUALQUIER MÉTODO DE PAGO UTILIZADO EN CONEXIÓN CON CUALQUIER TRANSACCIÓN Y QUE ESTÁ EN CONFORMIDAD CON CUALQUIERA DE LOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES APLICABLES A DICHOS MÉTODOS DE PAGO, Y USTED ACEPTA SER RESPONSABLE DE CUALQUIER USO DE SUS MÉTODOS DE PAGO POR PARTE DE MENORES. Con respecto a tal registro, Konami podría negarse a otorgarle, y usted no podrá usar, una ID de Cuenta (o dirección de correo electrónico) que ya esté siendo utilizada por otra persona; que pueda ser interpretada como suplantación de otra persona, que pertenezca a otra persona; que le identifique personalmente; que viole la propiedad intelectual u otros derechos de terceros; que sea ofensiva; o que Konami rechace por cualquier otro motivo a la sola discreción de Konami. No podrá registrar una ID de Cuenta en nombre de otro individuo. In such instances, your licence to access and use Materials (including any Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods) shall be automatically terminated or suspended, as applicable. Konami shall not be required to provide refunds, benefits or other compensation to you in connection with such termination or suspension. <br>“eFootball™ logo”, “eFootball™” and “e-Football” are registered trademarks or trademarks of Konami in Japan and other countries and regions.<br><br>2. Rules of Conduct. While using the Application, you will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Konami expects users of the Application to respect the rights and dignity of others. In addition to other terms and conditions of Konami Terms, your use of the Application is conditioned upon your compliance with rules of conduct set forth in this section; your failure to comply with such rules may result in termination of your licence to use and access the Application. You agree that you will not:<br>• Post, transmit or otherwise make available, through or in connection with the Application:<br>- Anything that is or may be (a) threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful or intimidating; (b) defamatory; (c) fraudulent or tortious; (d) obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable; (e) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or other proprietary rights without the express prior consent of the owner of such right; (f) related to alcohol or the sale of tobacco products, ammunition or firearms; or (g) related to wagering or gambling.<br>- Any material that would give rise to criminal or civil liability; that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence; or that encourages or provides instructional information about illegal activities or activities such as “hacking”, “cracking” or “phreaking”.<br>- Any virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware or other computer code, file or program that is potentially harmful or invasive or may or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment.<br>- Any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, “junk mail”, “spam”, “chain letter”, “pyramid scheme” or investment opportunity, or any other form of solicitation.<br>- Any material, non-public information about a company without proper authorization to do so.<br>• Use the Application for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, including any such act or attempted act with respect to payments made in connection with the Application.<br>• Attempt to gain for yourself or any other person any unfair advantage with respect to use of the Application, including use of cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software, or by exploiting any bugs or errors in the Application.
