                Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. (“Konami”) 
                appreciates your interest in Konami’s application entitled

                (together with any Materials, as defined below, the “Application”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions (“Konami Terms”) in addition to the terms and conditions provided by Platformers (“Platform Terms”). If you do not agree to

ANDA HARUS MENGONFIRMASI KETENTUAN KONAMI DENGAN ORANG TUA ATAU WALI ANDA, JIKA ANDA TINGGAL DI NEGARA ATAU WILAYAH DAN BERUSIA MASING-MASING, YANG DITUNJUKKAN SECARA TERPISAH OLEH KONAMI. Kekayaan Intelektual dan Lisensi. Aplikasi, termasuk informasi dan materi yang tersedia di dalam Aplikasi, yang dapat mencakup permainan video dan aplikasi perangkat lunak lainnya, serta semua komponennya seperti materi audio visual, Mata Uang Virtual (sebagaimana didefinisikan di bawah), dan Barang Virtual (sebagaimana didefinisikan di bawah) (secara kolektif disebut “Materi”) dilindungi oleh hak cipta, merek dagang, dan hak kekayaan intelektual lainnya, yang dimiliki dan dikendalikan oleh Konami, entitas afiliasi, entitas terkait, atau pemberi lisensi atau pemasok konten pihak ketiga.<br><br>Dengan syarat Anda mematuhi Ketentuan Konami, dengan ini Konami memberi Anda lisensi yang bersifat pribadi, terbatas, dapat dibatalkan, dan tidak dapat dialihkan untuk mengakses dan menggunakan Aplikasi serta Materi hanya sebatas yang tercakup di dalamnya, hanya sebatas untuk keperluan pribadi, non-komersial. Hal yang terkandung dalam pemberian Aplikasi tidak akan dan tidak boleh ditafsirkan sebagai pemberian lisensi atau hak untuk secara komersial menggunakan Materi, atau materi, merek dagang, atau kekayaan intelektual lain milik Konami atau pihak ketiga tanpa izin tertulis sebelumnya dari Konami.<br><br>Konami juga dapat mengubah (dengan upaya agar dapat diberitahukan terlebih dahulu kepada pengguna dengan cara yang sesuai), menangguhkan, menghentikan, atau melarang (agar dapat diberitahukan terlebih dahulu kepada pengguna dengan cara yang sesuai) Anda mengakses Aplikasi (atau bagian dari Aplikasi), dengan atau tanpa alasan, dan tanpa pemberitahuan. Dalam hal ini, lisensi Anda untuk mengakses dan menggunakan Materi (termasuk Mata Uang Virtual dan Barang Virtual) akan secara otomatis dihentikan atau ditangguhkan, sebagaimana berlaku. Konami tidak diharuskan untuk memberikan pengembalian uang, manfaat, atau kompensasi lain kepada Anda sehubungan dengan penghentian atau penangguhan tersebut.<br><br>“Logo eFootball™”, “eFootball™”, dan “e-Football” adalah merek dagang terdaftar atau merek dagang Konami di Jepang serta negara dan wilayah lainnya.<br><br>2. Aturan Perilaku. Saat menggunakan Aplikasi, Anda harus mematuhi semua hukum, aturan, dan peraturan yang berlaku. Konami mengharapkan pengguna Aplikasi untuk menghormati hak dan martabat orang lain. Selain syarat dan ketentuan lain dari Ketentuan Konami, penggunaan Aplikasi oleh Anda tergantung pada kepatuhan Anda terhadap aturan perilaku yang telah ditetapkan dalam bagian ini, dan kegagalan Anda dalam mematuhi aturan tersebut dapat mengakibatkan penghentian lisensi Anda untuk menggunakan dan mengakses Aplikasi. Anda setuju bahwa Anda tidak akan:<br><br>• Memposting, mengirimkan, atau menyediakan, melalui atau sehubungan dengan Aplikasi:<br><br>-  Segala hal yang atau mungkin (a) mengancam, melecehkan, merendahkan, menebar kebencian, atau mengintimidasi; (b) memfitnah; (c) bersifat curang atau menyalahi; (d) bersifat cabul, tidak senonoh, pornografi atau tidak pantas; (e) dilindungi oleh hak cipta, merek dagang, rahasia dagang, hak publisitas, atau hak kepemilikan lainnya tanpa persetujuan terlebih dahulu dari pemilik hak tersebut; (f) terkait dengan alkohol atau penjualan produk tembakau, amunisi, atau senjata api; atau (g) terkait dengan taruhan atau perjudian.<br><br>-  Segala materi yang menimbulkan tanggung jawab pidana atau perdata; yang mendorong perbuatan yang tergolong tindak pidana; atau yang mendorong atau memberikan informasi instruksional tentang aktivitas ilegal atau aktivitas seperti peretasan, cracking, atau phreaking.<br><br>-  Segala virus, worm, Trojan, Easter egg, bom waktu, spyware, atau kode, file atau program komputer lain yang berpotensi bahaya atau menyerang, atau mungkin atau dimaksudkan untuk merusak atau membajak operasi, atau untuk memantau penggunaan perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, atau peralatan.<br><br>-  Segala iklan, materi promosi, e-mail sampah, spam, surat berantai, skema piramida atau peluang investasi, atau segala bentuk permohonan lain yang tidak diminta atau tidak sah.<br><br>-  Segala materi, informasi non-publik tentang perusahaan tanpa wewenang yang sah untuk melakukannya.<br><br>• Menggunakan Aplikasi untuk tujuan penipuan atau pelanggaran hukum, termasuk tindakan atau percobaan tindakan terkait pembayaran yang dilakukan sehubungan dengan Aplikasi.<br><br>• Mencoba mendapatkan keuntungan yang tidak adil bagi diri Anda sendiri atau orang lain sehubungan dengan penggunaan Aplikasi, termasuk menggunakan cheat, exploit, perangkat lunak otomatisasi, bot, peretasan, mod, atau perangkat lunak pihak ketiga yang tidak sah, atau dengan mengeksploitasi bug atau kesalahan dalam Aplikasi. Anda juga setuju untuk tidak memberi tahu siapa pun (selain Konami) tentang bug atau kesalahan tersebut.<br><br>• Menggunakan Aplikasi untuk merancang atau membantu merancang cheat, perangkat lunak otomatisasi, bot, peretasan, mod, atau perangkat lunak pihak ketiga yang tidak sah lainnya.<br><br>• Menggunakan Aplikasi untuk mencemarkan nama baik, menyalahgunakan, melecehkan, menguntit, mengancam, atau melanggar hak hukum orang lain, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada hak privasi atau hak publisitas orang lain, atau menghimpun atau mengumpulkan informasi pengenal pribadi pengguna Aplikasi lainnya.<br><br>• Meniru orang atau entitas mana pun, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada perwakilan Konami; menyatakan atau merepresentasikan afiliasi Anda secara salah dengan orang atau entitas mana pun sehubungan dengan Aplikasi; atau menyatakan atau menyiratkan bahwa Konami mendukung pernyataan yang Anda buat.<br><br>• Mengganggu atau mengacaukan operasi Aplikasi, server, atau jaringan yang digunakan untuk menyediakan Aplikasi, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada mengambil tindakan yang menimbulkan beban besar yang tidak wajar atau tidak proporsional pada Aplikasi, server, atau jaringan tersebut; atau melanggar persyaratan, prosedur, kebijakan, atau peraturan dari jaringan tersebut.<br><br>• Membatasi atau menghalangi orang lain untuk menggunakan Aplikasi (termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada peretasan atau defacing bagian dari Aplikasi).<br><br>• Menggunakan Aplikasi untuk mengiklankan atau menawarkan penjualan atau pembelian barang atau jasa apa pun.<br><br>• Melisensikan, melakukan sublisensi, mengalihkan hak, menetapkan, mereproduksi, menggandakan, menyalin, menjual, menjual kembali, mendistribusikan, atau mengeksploitasi untuk tujuan komersial atas bagian dari, penggunaan, atau akses ke Aplikasi.<br><br>• Mereproduksi, memodifikasi, mengadaptasi, menerbitkan, mendistribusikan, menyiarkan, membuat karya turunan, menerjemahkan, merekayasa balik, mendekompilasi, atau membongkar bagian dari Aplikasi tanpa persetujuan terlebih dahulu dari Konami.<br><br>• Menghapus pemberitahuan hak cipta, merek dagang, atau hak kepemilikan lain dari Aplikasi atau materi yang berasal dari Aplikasi.<br><br>• Melakukan framing atau mirroring bagian dari Aplikasi tanpa persetujuan tertulis terlebih dahulu dari Konami.<br><br>• Membuat basis data dengan mengunduh dan menyimpan Materi secara sistematis.<br><br>• Menggunakan robot, spider, aplikasi pencarian/pengambilan situs, atau perangkat manual atau otomatis lainnya untuk mengambil, mengindeks, mengekstrasi data (scraping), menambang data, atau mengumpulkan Materi dengan cara apa pun, atau mereproduksi atau menghindari struktur navigasi atau presentasi Aplikasi tanpa persetujuan tertulis terlebih dahulu dari Konami.<br><br>• Melacurkan anak, mengeksploitasi anak untuk pornografi atau melakukan tindakan yang mungkin menjadi pelecehan anak; atau terlibat dalam tindakan yang akan atau mungkin berpengaruh buruk pada atau mendorong perilaku buruk di antara orang berusia di bawah 20 tahun (termasuk mendorong orang tersebut untuk minum alkohol, merokok, berjudi, memposting informasi yang terkait dengan industri hiburan dewasa atau seksual, serta meminta mereka untuk mengakses situs yang tidak pantas untuk digunakan oleh mereka). <br><br>• Melakukan tindakan yang mendorong atau membantu bunuh diri atau penyalahgunaan narkoba, atau tindakan apa pun yang mengarah pada pertemuan untuk tujuan tindakan seksual atau tindakan cabul. <br><br>• Mencari hubungan dengan orang lain, atau melakukan tindakan yang menurut Konami memiliki tujuan utama untuk menciptakan suatu hubungan (termasuk hubungan, tindakan, dan pergaulan yang terbatas di dalam Aplikasi).<br><br>• Memposting atau meminta informasi yang dapat mengidentifikasi atau memungkinkan akses langsung kepada individu (seperti nomor telepon, alamat e-mail, dan akun media sosial).<br><br>• Melakukan kampanye sebelum pemilu, kampanye atau partisipasi politik, atau tindakan serupa lainnya.<br><br>• Memposting, mempublikasikan, mengumpulkan, atau menghimpun informasi pribadi pihak ketiga (termasuk alamat, alamat e-mail, nomor telepon, nomor kartu kredit, dan nomor rekening). <br><br>• Melakukan perdagangan uang riil, mengubah ID Akun, data, karakter, atau item di dalam Aplikasi menjadi uang tunai, membeli atau menjual properti atau informasi melalui tindakan di atas, atau melalui tindakan atau pernyataan apa pun yang sebanding dengan hal di atas. <br><br>• Kecuali diizinkan secara eksplisit oleh Konami, mengalihkan hak, menukar, meminjamkan atau melisensikan data, karakter, atau item di dalam Aplikasi, bertindak, atau menyatakan sesuatu yang sebanding dengan hal di atas. <br><br>• Menggunakan cacat program dari Aplikasi, atau fenomena atau efek bermasalah lain, untuk mendapatkan keuntungan atau tujuan lain yang tidak semestinya.<br><br>• Melakukan tindakan yang menghasut, mendorong, atau bersekongkol dengan tindakan yang ditetapkan dalam Bagian ini.<br><br>• Melakukan tindakan lain yang tidak pantas menurut Konami dengan alasan rasional.<br><br>Anda bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan Aplikasi Anda dan/atau informasi apa pun yang Anda posting atau sediakan melalui penggunaan Aplikasi Anda.<br><br>Anda bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya atas kompensasi pada setiap dan segala kerugian atau kerusakan, termasuk biaya pengacara yang wajar, yang diderita oleh Konami atau pihak ketiga mana pun, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada, setiap dan segala kerugian atau kerusakan yang diderita oleh Konami atau pihak ketiga mana pun sebagai akibat dari ketidakpatuhan Anda terhadap Ketentuan Konami ini.<br><br>3.  Pembelian Barang Virtual. Aplikasi dapat memberi Anda kesempatan untuk memperoleh lisensi yang bersifat pribadi, terbatas, dapat dibatalkan, dan tidak dapat dialihkan untuk mengakses dan menggunakan barang virtual (secara kolektif disebut “Barang Virtual”) hanya sebatas di dalam Aplikasi dan hanya sebatas untuk keperluan pribadi dan non-komersial Anda. Perolehan ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan mata uang virtual (seperti koin virtual, token, atau poin) (“Mata Uang Virtual”) yang diperoleh atau didapatkan melalui Aplikasi atau dari salah satu penyedia mata uang virtual pihak ketiga yang telah disetujui Konami. Anda harus melakukan pembayaran sehubungan dengan itu dengan metode yang ditentukan secara terpisah oleh kami. Sejauh hukum yang berlaku, Konami tidak berkewajiban menyediakan pengembalian, manfaat, atau kompensasi lain kepada Anda, kecuali dalam kasus jika Konami melanggar Ketentuan Konami ini karena kelalaian yang disengaja atau kelalaian berat dari pihak Konami. Terlepas dari ketentuan yang bertentangan dalam Ketentuan Konami atau dalam Aplikasi, Anda setuju bahwa Anda tidak memiliki hak atau kepemilikan atas Materi apa pun, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada Barang Virtual apa pun dan/atau Mata Uang Virtual yang “diperoleh” atau “dibeli”, dan bahwa Barang Virtual dan/atau Mata Uang Virtual tersebut bukan merupakan atau tidak merepresentasikan saldo mata uang riil, nilai tersimpan lain, atau yang setara. Konami berhak menghentikan atau menangguhkan lisensi tersebut kapan saja, dengan atau tanpa alasan, dan tanpa pemberitahuan kepada Anda. Konami tidak diharuskan untuk memberikan pengembalian uang, manfaat, atau kompensasi lain kepada Anda sehubungan dengan penghentian atau penangguhan tersebut, kecuali dalam kasus jika terjadi pelanggaran oleh Konami terhadap Ketentuan Konami ini karena kelalaian yang disengaja atau kelalaian berat dari pihak Konami. Anda tidak diperkenankan melakukan sublisensi, menyewakan, meminjamkan, menjual, menghadiahkan, mewariskan, memperdagangkan, mengalihkan, atau menyediakan penggunaan atau akses terhadap Barang Virtual dan/atau Mata Uang Virtual, kecuali sebagaimana secara tegas ditentukan oleh Konami, dan tindakan atau percobaan tindakan semacam itu dilarang dan dianggap tidak sah. Anda tidak diperkenankan untuk mencoba menggunakan atau mengakses Barang Virtual dan/atau Mata Uang Virtual yang belum dilisensikan atau diperoleh secara personal dari kami atau dari salah satu penyedia mata uang pihak ketiga yang telah disetujui oleh Konami. Apabila Anda meninggalkan saldo Mata Uang Virtual yang dibeli tanpa digunakan dalam jangka waktu tertentu atau apabila kami menghentikan atau menangguhkan akses dan/atau penggunaan Aplikasi oleh Anda, kami dapat memproses saldo Anda sesuai dengan kewajiban hukum Konami, termasuk dengan menyerahkan dana yang terkait dengan saldo Mata Uang Virtual yang dibeli kepada badan pengatur yang seharusnya apabila diwajibkan oleh hukum yang berlaku.<br><br>4. Pembelian dan Penggunaan Mata Uang Virtual. Apabila Anda ingin membeli Mata Uang Virtual yang disediakan Konami melalui Aplikasi (setiap pembelian tersebut, “Transaksi”), Anda mungkin diminta untuk memberikan informasi tertentu yang relevan dengan Transaksi Anda. Informasi tersebut dapat mencakup nomor kartu kredit Anda, tanggal kedaluwarsa, alamat penagihan, serta informasi lain yang terkait dengan metode pembayaran sendiri. Pembelian dan penggunaan Mata Uang Virtual diatur menurut syarat dan ketentuan dalam “Ketentuan Penggunaan Mata Uang Virtual” yang terdapat dalam Aplikasi. ANDA MENYATAKAN DAN MENJAMIN BAHWA ANDA MEMILIKI HAK HUKUM UNTUK MENGGUNAKAN METODE PEMBAYARAN YANG DIGUNAKAN SEHUBUNGAN DENGAN TRANSAKSI APA PUN DAN BAHWA ANDA MEMATUHI SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN APA PUN YANG BERLAKU UNTUK METODE PEMBAYARAN TERSEBUT, DAN ANDA SETUJU BAHWA ANDA BERTANGGUNG JAWAB ATAS PENGGUNAAN DARI METODE PEMBAYARAN ANDA OLEH ANAK DI BAWAH UMUR. Dengan memberikan informasi tersebut, Anda memberikan hak kepada Konami untuk memberikan informasi tersebut kepada pihak ketiga dengan tujuan untuk memfasilitasi penyelesaian Transaksi yang Anda lakukan atau dilakukan atas nama Anda. Verifikasi informasi mungkin diperlukan sebelum pengakuan atau penyelesaian Transaksi.<br><br>5. Akun dan Kata Sandi. Anda dapat diminta untuk mendaftar untuk mengakses Materi atau area tertentu dari Aplikasi atau untuk membeli lisensi Barang Virtual. Sehubungan dengan pendaftaran tersebut, Konami dapat menolak untuk memberikan kepada Anda, dan Anda tidak boleh menggunakan, ID Akun (atau alamat email) yang telah digunakan oleh orang lain; yang dapat ditafsirkan menyaru sebagai orang lain; yang merupakan milik orang lain; yang secara pribadi mengidentifikasi Anda; yang melanggar kekayaan intelektual atau hak lain milik orang lain; yang bersifat menyinggung; atau yang ditolak oleh Konami karena alasan lain atas kebijakan Konami sendiri. Anda tidak boleh mendaftarkan ID Akun atas nama orang lain. Anda menyatakan dan menjamin bahwa semua informasi yang Anda kirimkan sehubungan dengan pendaftaran apa pun (termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada informasi yang terkait dengan identitas Anda) akurat dan lengkap, dan bahwa Anda belum pernah dilarang mengakses atau menggunakan situs web Konami, properti internet Konami lainnya, atau permainan Konami atau aplikasi lainnya.<br><br>ID Akun dan kata sandi Anda hanya diizinkan untuk penggunaan pribadi Anda, dan tidak untuk digunakan oleh orang lain. Anda tidak boleh mensublisensikan, menyewakan, meminjamkan, menjual, menghadiahkan, mewariskan, memperdagangkan, mengalihkan, atau menyediakan penggunaan atau akses ke ID Akun atau kata sandi apa pun atau pengaturan akun terkait (termasuk informasi terkait permainan), kecuali secara tegas disediakan oleh Konami, dan setiap tindakan atau percobaan tindakan tersebut dilarang dan tidak berlaku. Anda tidak boleh mencoba menggunakan atau mengakses Aplikasi dengan ID Akun atau kata sandi apa pun yang tidak Anda daftarkan secara pribadi di Konami. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kerahasiaan kata sandi apa pun yang mungkin Anda gunakan untuk mengakses Materi atau area Aplikasi, dan Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas semua interaksi dengan Aplikasi yang terjadi sehubungan dengan kata sandi atau ID Akun Anda (termasuk, tanpa terbatas pada, semua Transaksi, sebagaimana ditentukan di atas). Anda setuju untuk segera memberi tahu Konami tentang penggunaan kata sandi atau ID Akun Anda yang tidak sah atau pelanggaran keamanan lainnya yang terkait dengan akun Anda atau Aplikasi, dan untuk melakukan upaya yang wajar untuk memperbaiki pelanggaran tersebut (termasuk pelanggaran apa pun yang berkaitan dengan pelanggaran hak cipta yang diketahui atau dicurigai sehubungan dengan Aplikasi), dan untuk memastikan bahwa Anda “keluar”/keluar dari akun Anda dengan Aplikasi (jika berlaku) di akhir setiap sesi. Konami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan atau kerugian apa pun yang timbul dari kegagalan Anda dalam mematuhi kewajiban di atas.<br><br>6. Data Tersimpan Pengidentifikasi yang secara otomatis diterbitkan kepada Anda oleh Konami agar Konami dapat mengidentifikasi Anda untuk penggunaan Aplikasi Anda ("ID Pengguna") hanya untuk penggunaan pribadi Anda dan harus dijaga kerahasiaannya, dan Anda (dan bukan Konami) bertanggung jawab atas segala penggunaan atau penyalahgunaan ID Pengguna Anda. You also agree not to inform any person (other than Konami) of such bugs or errors.<br>• Use the Application in connection with designing or assisting in the design of cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software.<br>• Use the Application to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including without limitation others' privacy rights or rights of publicity, or harvest or collect personally identifiable information about other users of the Application.<br>• Impersonate any person or entity, including without limitation any representative of Konami; falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity in connection with the Application; or express or imply that Konami endorses any statement that you make.<br>• Interfere with or disrupt operation of the Application or servers or networks used to make the Application available, including without limitation taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load upon the Application or upon such servers or networks; or violate any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of such networks.<br>• Restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Application (including without limitation by hacking or defacing any portion of the Application).<br>• Use the Application to advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services.<br>• License, sublicense, transfer, assign, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of, use of or access to the Application.<br>• Reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, broadcast, make derivative works of, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Application without Konami’s prior approval.<br>• Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice from the Application or materials originating from the Application.<br>• Frame or mirror any part of the Application without Konami’s express prior written consent.<br>• Create a database by systematically downloading and storing Materials.<br>• Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, “scrape”, “data mine” or in any way gather Materials or reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Application without Konami’s express prior written consent.<br>• Prostitute a child, exploit a child for pornography or engage in acts likely to constitute child abuse; or engage in acts that will or may have a bad influence on or encourage bad behaviour among persons under 20 years of age (including encouraging those persons to drink, smoke or gamble, posting information relating to the adult or sex entertainment industry and soliciting them to access sites inappropriate for use by themselves).<br>• Engage in acts that encourage or assist suicide or drug abuse, or any act leading to meetings for the purpose of sexual or obscene acts.<br>• Seek a relationship with another person, or engage in acts that Konami determines is made for the main purpose of causing a relationship (including relationships, acts and socializing limited to within the Application).<br>• Post or ask for information that can identify or enable direct access to an individual (such as a telephone number, e-mail address and SNS service account).<br>• Campaign for Pre-election campaign, campaign or participate in politics or other similar acts.<br>• Post, publish, collect or accumulate personal information of third parties (including addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, credit card numbers and account numbers).<br>• Conduct real money trading, convert Account IDs, data, characters or items in the Application into cash, purchase or sale of property or information through the foregoing or any act or statement comparable to the foregoing.<br>• Unless explicitly permitted by Konami, assign, exchange, lend or license data, characters or items in the Application, or act or state something comparable to the foregoing.<br>• Use any program defects of the Application or any other problematic phenomenon or effect to gain a benefit or for other improper purpose.<br>• Engage in any act that instigates, encourages or abets any acts set forth in this Section.<br>• Engage in any other acts Konami determines to be inappropriate with rational reason.<br>You shall be responsible for your use of the Application and/or any information that you post or otherwise make available through your use of the Application.<br><br>You shall be solely responsible for the compensation for any and all losses or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, suffered by Konami or any third party, including but not limited to, any and all losses or damages suffered by Konami or any third party due to your incompliance with these Konami Terms.<br><br>3. Purchases of Virtual Goods. The Application may provide you with an opportunity to aquire personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licences to access and use virtual goods (collectively, “Virtual Goods”) solely within the Application and solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. These acquisition may be made using virtual currency (e.g., virtual coins, tokens, or points) (“Virtual Currency”) earned or acquired through the Application or from one of Konami’s approved third-party virtual currency providers. You shall make the payment therefor in a method separately specified by us. To the extent of applicable law, Konami shall not be required to provide refunds, benefits or other compensation to you, except in cases where there is a breach by Konami of these Konami Terms due to intentional or gross negligence on the part of Konami.
