This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and F4ntomGames Damian Kupper ("Licensor", "F4ntom Games", "we", "us", "our company") for the software product Drop Jump (the "Software").

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on your device(s) strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The Software includes a Level Editor for creating and sharing custom levels ("UGC").

• Ownership: You retain ownership of original creative elements of your UGC.
• License: By uploading UGC, you grant F4ntom Games a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable right to use, host, reproduce, and distribute your UGC for operating and promoting the Software.
• Moderation: Licensor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or modify any UGC at its sole discretion, especially content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, exploit it for COMMERCIAL purposes; or remove any proprietary notices.
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to code, graphics, music, and "Drop Jump" branding) are owned by F4ntom Games or its third-party licensors. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. Your use of the Software does not grant you any ownership rights to any of its components.

The software is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Licensor disclaims all warranties. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction.

In no event shall F4ntom Games be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.

Licensor may provide updates or patches to the Software. These updates are mandatory for continued use of online features and are governed by this Agreement.

This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and destroy all copies of the Software.

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor operates.
