This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Player”) and the developer of DrainSim (“Developer”) regarding your use of the game DrainSim (“Game”).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

- Copy, distribute, or resell the Game

- Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Game (except as permitted by law)

- Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, remain the sole property of the Developer.
This Agreement does not transfer any ownership to you.

DrainSim includes Unreal® Engine technology.

Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Epic Games, Inc., Epic Games Commerce GmbH, and their affiliates, licensors, and service providers make no representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind regarding Unreal Engine or any other Epic licensed technology included in the Game, and disclaim all liability arising from or related to such technology.

You may only use Unreal Engine technology as incorporated in DrainSim in object code form and only as an inseparable part of the Game. You may not extract, copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense, or use Unreal Engine technology separately from the Game.

The Game may collect anonymized gameplay data (via GameAnalytics) to help improve performance, balance, and stability.

No directly identifying personal data is collected.

This data is described in the Game’s Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

You may opt out of analytics collection at any time by disabling analytics in the game’s settings menu.

By playing the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) or that you have parental/legal guardian consent.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may revoke this license if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies.

The Game is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. You play at your own risk.
The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted gameplay or bug-free performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Germany].
If any provision is found invalid, the rest shall remain enforceable.

By installing or playing DrainSim, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
