This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and us (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”) regarding your use of the Discord Bot Factory (the “Software”) application.

By installing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or commercial purposes.
You may use the Software in any lawful manner, including for commercial bot development, provided you comply with:

• All applicable laws
  
• Discord Terms of Service and Developer Policies
  
• Steam Subscriber Agreement

2. Restrictions
You may NOT:

• Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
  
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, unpack, or attempt to access the source code
  
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  
• Claim the Software as your own

The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted.

3. Third-Party Platforms
This Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord.
You are solely responsible for complying with Discord’s rules and policies when using bots created with this Software.
The Licensor is not responsible for:

• Discord account suspensions
  
• Bot bans
  
• API changes
  
• Platform restrictions

4. Ownership
The Software and all related intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Licensor.
This Agreement grants a license to use the Software - it does not transfer ownership.

5. Disclaimer
The Software is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind.
The Licensor is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Software.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where it cannot be limited under law.

6. Termination
This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software.
