第1条（総則）

本エンドユーザー使用許諾契約書（以下「本契約」）は、本ソフトウェア（以下「本ゲーム」）を利用するすべてのユーザー（以下「ユーザー」）と、本ゲームの開発者（以下「開発者」）との間に適用されます。
ユーザーは、本ゲームをダウンロード、インストール、または起動した時点で、本契約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条（使用許諾）

開発者は、ユーザーに対し、Steamを通じて配布される本ゲームを、個人的かつ非商業的な目的に限り使用する、非独占的、譲渡不能な権利を許諾します。

第3条（配信・実況・動画投稿について）

開発者は、以下の条件を満たす限りにおいて、本ゲームのプレイ動画、実況配信、録画、スクリーンショットの公開および共有を許可します。

YouTube、Twitch、X（旧Twitter）、その他動画配信・共有サービスでの公開

広告収益、投げ銭等を含む収益化を目的とした利用

個人および法人による利用

ただし、以下の行為は禁止します。

本ゲームの素材（音声・画像・データ等）を単体で再配布・販売する行為

本ゲームの価値を著しく損なう形での利用

法令または公序良俗に反する利用

第4条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

本ゲームの全部または一部の改変、解析、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル

本ゲームの再配布、販売、貸与、譲渡

チート、不正ツール、改変データの使用

Steamサービスの運営を妨害する行為

第5条（知的財産権）

本ゲームに関する著作権、商標権、その他の知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

第6条（免責事項）

本ゲームは「現状有姿」で提供され、完全性や動作保証は行いません。

本ゲームの使用または使用不能により生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。

第7条（変更・終了）

開発者は、本ゲームの内容、仕様、提供方法を予告なく変更または終了することがあります。

第8条（第三者サービス）

本ゲームは、SteamおよびUnityを含む第三者サービスを利用しています。
それらの利用には、各提供元の利用規約が適用されます。

第9条（準拠法および管轄）

本契約は日本法を準拠法とし、本ゲームに関する紛争は、開発者所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Article 1 (General)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all users (“User”) of this software (“Game”) and the developer of the Game (“Developer”).
By downloading, installing, or launching the Game, the User agrees to this Agreement.

Article 2 (License Grant)

The Developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game distributed via Steam for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Article 3 (Streaming, Recording, and Content Creation)

The Developer permits the following use of the Game, including gameplay videos, live streams, recordings, and screenshots, provided that such use does not violate this Agreement:

Distribution on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, X (formerly Twitter), and similar services

Monetization through advertisements, donations, or similar means

Use by individuals and organizations

The following actions are prohibited:

Redistribution or sale of game assets alone

Use that significantly damages the value or reputation of the Game

Any illegal or inappropriate use

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

The User shall not:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game

Redistribute, sell, rent, or transfer the Game

Use cheats, unauthorized tools, or modified data

Interfere with the operation of Steam services

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights related to the Game belong to the Developer or legitimate rights holders.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

Article 7 (Changes and Termination)

The Developer may modify or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice.

Article 8 (Third-Party Services)

The Game uses third-party services including Steam and Unity.
Their respective terms and policies apply.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where the Developer is located.
