This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and
Immersive Gamitronics Studios Pvt. Ltd. (“Gamitronics,” “Developer,” “We,” or “Us”),
together with its publishing partner Evolution Publishing Ltd (“Publisher”), governing your use of
the software title Darts VR2: Bullseye (“Game”), including all associated services, documentation, and updates.

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.

            <p><br>By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.<br><br>If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.<br></p>

License Grant</h2><br><p><br>Gamitronics, in collaboration with its Publisher, grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license <br>to install and use one copy of the Game on compatible hardware and platforms (including PlayStation VR2, Meta Quest, Rift S, and Steam VR) <br>that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment use, and in accordance with applicable platform terms.<br></p><br></div>

Restrictions</h2><br><ul><br><li>Copy, modify, or distribute the Game except as permitted.</li><br><li>Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.</li><br><li>Use the Game for commercial purposes without written consent.</li><br><li>Circumvent DRM, anti-cheat, or security systems.</li><br><li>Use cheats or automation for unfair advantage.</li><br><li>Use the Game unlawfully or abusively.</li><br></ul><br></div>

            <div class="section"><br><h2>3. Online Features and Accounts</h2><br><p><br>Online features require platform accounts (PlayStation Network, Meta, Steam, etc.). You are responsible for your account security. <br>Gamitronics and the Publisher do not host standalone player accounts.<br></p><br></div>

            <div class="section"><br><h2>4. User Conduct</h2><br><p><br>You agree to behave respectfully. Harassment, cheating, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or permanent bans.<br></p><br></div>

            <div class="section"><br><h2>5. Ownership</h2><br><p><br>All rights, title, and interest in the Game are owned by or licensed to Gamitronics and/or its Publisher. This Agreement grants a license only.<br></p><br></div>

            <div class="section"><br><h2>6. Updates and Patches</h2><br><p><br>Gamitronics and/or the Publisher may deploy updates or modifications, which may alter gameplay features.<br></p><br></div>

            <div class="section"><br><h2>7. Data and Privacy</h2><br><p><br>Gamitronics does not directly collect personal data.             <div class="section"><br><h2>9. Limited Warranty</h2><br><p><br>The Game is provided “as is.” Gamitronics and the Publisher disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.<br></p><br></div>

            <div class="section"><br><h2>10. Limitation of Liability</h2><br><p><br>Gamitronics and the Publisher are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or hardware damage.<br></p><br></div>

            <div class="section"><br><h2>11. Termination</h2><br><p><br>This license remains valid until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling the Game. Violations may result in termination.<br></p><br></div>

            <div class="section"><br><h2>12. Governing Law</h2><br><p><br>This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Hyderabad, Telangana.<br></p><br></div>
