This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Hong Ki Tae ("Developer") for the game 'DAL'T-4' ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. Grant of License
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Source Code and Open Source License
The source code for this Game (DAL'T-4) is publicly available and is governed by the MIT License.

Anyone is free to view, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software (source code).

However, any use, reproduction, or distribution of the source code MUST include the original copyright notice and a copy of the MIT License.

3. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the Developer be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Game or the use or other dealings in the Game.

4. Termination
This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
