Thank you for playing Daisen! Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the game.

1. License Grant

LOYAL Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Daisen for personal entertainment purposes.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to Daisen (including all original content, assets, and code) are owned by LOYAL Studio and/or LOYAL Publishing.

3. Modifications

We fully support and encourage community creativity. You are allowed to:

- Create any kind of mod for Daisen  
- Share and distribute your mods freely

As long as your mods:

- Do not include unmodified official game assets (unless allowed by a separate agreement)  
- Do not imply official endorsement by LOYAL Studio

4. Restrictions

You may not:

- Resell or sublicense the base game itself   
- Use the game in a way that violates any law or regulation

5. Disclaimer

Daisen is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. LOYAL Studio is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this game or community-made content.

6. Updates

This Agreement may be updated over time. Continued use of the game means you accept the latest version.
