By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Beddua: İlk Düğüm, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the game.

1. License Grant
Noxra Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

2. Ownership

The game and all related content, including but not limited to code, artwork, music, sound effects, story, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property, are owned by Noxra Studios.

Purchasing the game does not transfer ownership of any rights.

3. Restrictions

Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the game
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
Use cheats, hacks, exploits, bots, or unauthorized third-party software
Circumvent ownership verification or security systems

4. Third-Party Services

The game may require or integrate third-party services such as Steam. Use of those services may be subject to separate terms.

5. Updates

Noxra Studios may patch, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noxra Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, hardware issues, or loss of profits.

8. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the game.
