This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of CosmoFab ("Game"), developed and published by StrabSphace ("Developer").

By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this EULA.

The Game is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Game, except as permitted by applicable law.
You may not provide copies of the Game to third parties or use the Game in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Game.
The Developer may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice.
This EULA may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Game after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this EULA.
