LICENSE GRANT<br>Sigure Pte. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.<br><br>2. OWNERSHIP<br>- All Game content, including characters, artwork, storylines, and code, is owned by the Company<br>- Your Account is licensed to you, not owned by you<br>- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time<br>- Virtual currency and items have no real-world value<br><br>3. YOUR ACCOUNT<br>- You are responsible for Account security<br>- One Account per person<br>- Account sharing, trading, or selling is prohibited<br>- We may suspend or terminate Accounts for violations<br><br>4. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND ITEMS<br>- Virtual currency and items are licensed, not sold<br>- Cannot be transferred, traded, or sold for real money<br>- No refunds except as required by law<br>- We may modify or remove virtual items at any time<br>- Purchases are final<br><br>5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT<br>You may not:<br>- Use cheats, hacks, bots, or exploits<br>- Reverse engineer or decompile the Game<br>- Trade or sell your Account<br>- Harass other players<br>- Use the Game for commercial purposes<br>- Exploit bugs or glitches<br>- Use unauthorized third-party software<br><br>6. USER CONTENT<br>- You retain ownership of content you create<br>- You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content<br>- You are responsible for your content<br>- We may remove content that violates these terms<br><br>7. PRIVACY<br>Your privacy is important to us. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<br>TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:<br>- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 3 months<br>- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages<br>- We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or Account issues<br><br>10. TERMINATION<br>- You may stop using the Game at any time<br>- We may terminate your access for any reason with notice<br>- Upon termination, your license ends immediately<br>- No refunds for unused virtual currency or items<br><br>11.
