Nacon, in its capacity as data controller, with a registered office at 396-466 Rue de la Voyette -CRT2 59273 Fretin (France) and its subsidiaries (hereinafter “We/Our” or “Nacon”), take the protection and respect of your privacy very seriously. We do our utmost to comply with all applicable laws in terms of confidential data protection and security. Nacon’s privacy policy, and any additional requirement applicable relating to the services you use (hereinafter the “Privacy policy”), spells out Our privacy practices with a view to obtaining, using and protecting your personal information on the websites, devices, applications or any service provided by Nacon (hereinafter the “Service(s)”), online or offline, as well as any person with whom WE may share the information collected.
 
The purpose of our privacy policy is to inform you of our practices relating to the collection, use and sharing of information you may provide us with via our Platform (the “Platform”), accessible from the www.nacongaming.com website or our mobile applications.
