                USE OF THIS SOFTWARE PROGRAM (AND ANY UPDATES), ANY ONLINE SERVICES, OR DOWNLOADS ASSOCIATED HEREWITH, THE SOFTWARE (INCLUDING FIRMWARE) FOR ANY RELATED PERIPHERALS (collectively, ”Peripheral”), THE ASSOCIATED MEDIA, PRINTED MATERIALS, AND DOCUMENTATION (collectively, “Program”) IS SUBJECT TO THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”). IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION OR EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE, WHICHEVER IS OLDER, PLEASE ASK YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO READ AND ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT ON YOUR BEHALF BEFORE YOU USE THE PROGRAM. BY OPENING THIS PACKAGE, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE PROGRAM OR “CLICKING TO ACCEPT,” YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT WITH THE ACTIVISION CORPORATE ENTITY SET OUT IN SECTION 17 ("Activision") DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU ACQUIRED AND USE THE PROGRAM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE PROGRAM. TO REJECT THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT “CLICK TO ACCEPT” THESE TERMS OR INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE PROGRAM.
                업데이트를 포함한 본 소프트웨어 프로그램, 온라인 서비스, 연관된 다운로드, 펌웨어를 포함한 관련 주변기기(통칭하여, "주변기기")용 소프트웨어, 관련 미디어, 인쇄물 및 문서(통칭하여, "프로그램")는 본 소프트웨어 사용권 및 서비스 계약서(이하 "계약서")의 적용을 받습니다. 귀하가 해당 관할권에서 미성년자이거나 18세 미만일 경우, 해당 프로그램 사용에 앞서 부모 및 법정대리인에게 귀하를 대신하여 본 계약서를 읽고 동의할 것을 요청해야 합니다. 본 패키지를 개봉하거나, 해당 프로그램을 내려받거나, 설치하거나, 사용하거나 혹은 동의를 눌렀을 경우, 귀하는 제17조에 명시된 해당 지역 및 국가의 Activision 법인(이하 "Activision")이 권한을 가지는 본 계약서 조항의 내용에 동의했음을 의미합니다. 본 조항에 동의하지 않는다면, 귀하는 해당 프로그램을 설치, 복제 또는 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 본 조항을 거부한다면, 동의를 눌러서는 안 되며, 해당 프로그램을 설치, 복제 또는 사용해서도 안 됩니다.

IF YOU REJECT THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR RETURN RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROGRAM ARE GOVERNED BY YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS IN THE COUNTRY WHERE YOU BOUGHT THE PROGRAM. IF ANY FUTURE MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT ARE UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU OR CAUSE YOU TO NO LONGER BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST TERMINATE, AND IMMEDIATELY STOP USING, THE PROGRAM. IF ANY FUTURE MODIFICATIONS ARE IMPLEMENTED AS A “CLICK TO ACCEPT” AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE USING THE PROGRAM UNLESS YOU AFFIRMATIVELY ACCEPT THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

                IF YOU DO NOT ASSENT TO THE ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS OR USE THE ADDITIONAL FEATURES THAT ARE SUBJECT TO THE ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE.
                추가 서비스 조항에 동의하지 않을 경우, 추가 서비스 조항에 해당하는 추가 기능의 액세스 또는 사용이 불가능할 수 있습니다.<br>2. 라이선스 사용 제한: Activision은 모든 시스템 요구 사항과 관련하여 귀하에게 개인 사용에 한하여 단독으로 해당 프로그램의 소프트웨어 구성 요소 사본을 설치하고 사용하도록 비독점적이며 양도 불가능한 제한된 권한 및 사용권을 부여합니다. 명확하게 부여되지 않은 모든 권리는 Activision에 있습니다. 귀하에게 프로그램 사용권을 부여한 것이지 판매한 것이 아닙니다. 귀하의 사용권에는 프로그램에 관한 타이틀 또는 소유권을 부여하지 않았기 때문에 해당 프로그램에 대한 판매권이 있는 것으로 해석할 수 없습니다.  프로그램 사용을 위한 패치 또는 업데이트의 경우에도 별도의 추가 조항이 포함되지 않았으면 본 계약서의 내용이 적용됩니다.  귀하는 본 계약서가 귀하에게 부여한 사용권 외에, 온라인 계정이나 가상 통화, 상품을 포함한 제품이나 서비스 제공 콘텐츠(아래 설명 참조)에 있어 소유권이나 재산권을 보유하지 않음을 인정하고 동의하며, 이에 국한되지 않고 추후 관련 법률이 허용하는 최대한의 범위 안에서 해당 제품과 콘텐츠 제공 서비스에 관한 모든 권리가 Activision에 영구 귀속되고 Activision의 이익에 부합한다는 사실을 인정하고 이에 동의합니다.<br>북미 외 거주자용: 의심의 소지를 없애기 위해, 제2조의 어떠한 내용도 귀하가 합법적으로 구매한 프로그램을 포함한 물리적 디스크를 판매하거나 양도할 권리를 제한하지 않음을 밝힙니다.<br>3. 사용권 조건: 본 사용권은 아래의 제한 규정("사용권 제한 규정")의 적용을 받습니다. 해당 사용권 제한 규정을 위반하고 프로그램을 사용할 경우, 귀하의 사용권이 즉시 해지되고, 해지된 상태에서 프로그램을 지속적으로 사용하면 프로그램에 관한 Activision의 저작권 및 기타 권리를 위반하게 됩니다. <br>귀하는 다음과 같은 행위를 시도하거나 허용하지 않을 것에 동의합니다: (1) 해당 프로그램을 상업적으로 이용하는 행위, (2) 일부 시스템 요구 사항에 따라 동시에 하나 이상의 시스템에서 해당 프로그램을 사용하는 행위, (3) 프로그램 전체 또는 일부의 사본을 제작하는 행위, (4) 이전 항목 (3)에 제한되지 않는 경우로, 설치 도중 프로그램이 자체적으로 사본을 제작하거나 인가된 Activision 온라인 상점에서 해당 프로그램을 다운로드한 경우를 제외하고, 해당 프로그램을 하드 드라이브나 기타 저장 장치에 복사하는 행위, (5) 해당 프로그램 기능이 제외된, 일부 온라인 사용을 포함한 네트워크, 멀티 유저 방식이나 원격 액세스 방식으로 프로그램을 사용하는 행위, (6) 해당 프로그램을 판매, 대여, 임대, 허가, 배포, 또는 양도하는 행위, (7) 관련 법률에 의거 리버스 엔지니어링, 소스코드 추출, 수정, 역컴파일 또는 분해하거나 해당 소프트웨어의 2차적 저작물 및 해당 프로그램 내 기타 특허 기술을 전체 또는 부분적으로 생성하는 행위, (8) 오프라인이나 온라인, 또는 멀티플레이 게임상에서 이익 창출을 목적으로 허가받지 않은 소프트웨어 프로그램을 제작, 개발, 수정, 배포 또는 사용하는 행위(이러한 행위 시 Activision의 재량에 따라 제재를 받을 수 있음), (9) 해당 프로그램에 포함된 독점권 통지나 라벨을 제거, 손상 또는 무시하는 행위, (10) 미국 정부의 관련 법률 또는 규정을 위반하고 해당 프로그램을 수출 또는 재수출하는 행위 <br>Activision과 관련 지역 법이 명확하게 허용하지 않는 한, 귀하는 부수적이거나 부분적으로 해당 소프트웨어를 해당 프로그램 이외의 다른 소프트웨어 제품과 결합하거나 다른 제품에 포함하거나, 함께 사용하는 것을 승인하지 않을 것에 동의합니다. 귀하가 해당 조항 또는 항목을 위반하거나 주변기기에서 소프트웨어를 사용해 본 계약서가 명확하게 승인하지 않은 행위를 할 경우, 계약서에 의거하여 귀하에게 부여된 모든 권한은(주변기기에서 해당 소프트웨어의 사용을 포함하여) 즉시 철회됩니다.

                2.	<b>LIMITED USE LICENSE:</b> Subject to any system requirements, Activision grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use one copy of the software component(s) of the Program solely for your personal use. All rights not specifically granted are reserved by Activision. The Program is licensed, not sold, for your use. Your license confers no title or ownership in the Program, and should not be construed as a sale of any rights in the Program.  This Agreement shall also apply to patches or updates you may obtain for the Program, unless that patch or update is accompanied by additional terms.  YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, OTHER THAN LICENSE GRANTED TO YOU BY THIS AGREEMENT, YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR PROPERTY INTEREST IN ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED CONTENT (AS DEFINED BELOW), INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ONLINE ACCOUNTS, ANY VIRTUAL CURRENCY OR GOODS, AND YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO SUCH PRODUCTS AND SERVICE PROVIDED CONTENT ARE AND SHALL FOREVER BE OWNED BY AND INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF ACTIVISION.<br><b>FOR RESIDENTS OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA:</b> For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in Section 2 shall limit your right to sell and transfer the physical disc containing the Program which you have rightfully purchased.<br>3.	<b>LICENSE CONDITIONS:</b> This license is subject to the following limitations ("License Limitations"). Any use of the Program in violation of the License Limitations will result in an immediate termination of your license, and continued use of the Program will be an infringement of Activision's copyrights and other rights in and to the Program. <br>You agree that you will not do, or allow, any of the following: (1) exploit the Program commercially; (2) subject to any system requirements, use the Program on more than one system at the same time; (3) make copies of the Program, in whole or in part; (4) without limiting the foregoing clause (3), copy the Program onto a hard drive or other storage device unless the Program itself makes a copy during installation, or unless you are downloading the Program from an authorized Activision online retailer; (5) use the Program in a network, multi-user arrangement, or remote access arrangement, including any online use except as included in the Program functionality; (6) sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Program; (7) subject to applicable laws, reverse engineer, derive source code, modify, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the software and other proprietary technology in the Program, in whole or in part; (8) create, develop, modify, distribute, or use any unauthorized software programs to gain advantage in any offline, online or multiplayer game modes, such behavior will be subject to sanction at Activision’s discretion; (9) remove, disable, or circumvent any proprietary notices or labels contained on or within the Program; or (10) export or re-export the Program in violation of any applicable laws or regulations of the United States government. <br>Unless expressly permitted by Activision and subject to applicable local laws, YOU AGREE NOT TO PERMIT THE SOFTWARE IN THE PERIPHERAL OR ANY PART OF IT TO BE COMBINED WITH, BECOME INCORPORATED IN, OR USED WITH ANY SOFTWARE PRODUCT OTHER THAN THE PROGRAM. ALL RIGHTS GRANTED TO YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT (INCLUDING YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IN THE PERIPHERAL) WILL TERMINATE IMMEDIATELY IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ARE IN BREACH OF ANY OF THE TERMS, THIS PARAGRAPH OR DO ANYTHING WITH ANY SOFTWARE IN THE PERIPHERAL THAT IS NOT EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY THIS AGREEMENT.  <br>You agree not to do any of the following actions while using the Program:
                귀하는 해당 프로그램을 사용하는 동안 다음과 같은 행위를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다.
                  (A) 
                harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort upon another participant, user, or other individual or entity;
                다른 참가자, 사용자 또는 기타 개인이나 단체를 공격, 위협, 방해하거나 고통을 야기하는 행위,
                 (B) 
                transmit any UGC (as defined in Section 14) that Activision considers to be disruptive, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
                Activision의 판단에 따라 문제나 위법의 소지가 있거나 유해성, 위협성, 폭력성, 공격성을 띠거나, 명예를 훼손하거나 저속하거나 혐오스럽거나 인종적, 성적, 민족적으로 불쾌하다고 여겨지는 사용자 제작 콘텐츠(제14조에서 정의)를 전송하는 행위,
                 (C) 
                impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to Activision;
                Activision을 포함한 다른 개인이나 단체를 사칭하는 행위,
                 (D) 
                disrupt normal Program functionality, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants and/or the overall Program experience;
                일반 프로그램 기능을 방해하거나 다른 참가자 및/또는 전체 프로그램 경험에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 행위,
                 (E) 
                post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation;
                요청하지 않은 광고, 홍보물 또는 기타 형태의 현혹성 내용을 게시하거나 전송하는 행위,
                 (F) 
                intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law, regulation or treaty while using or accessing the Program;
                프로그램을 사용하거나 액세스하는 도중, 의도와 관련 없이 관련 법률이나 규정, 조약을 위반하는 행위,
                 (G) 
                post multiple posts of the same content (i.e., “spam”);  or
                동일한 콘텐츠를 반복해서 게시하는 행위(즉, ˝스팸˝),
                 (H) 
                invade the privacy or violate or infringe any right of any person or entity, including, without limitation, any intellectual property right.

                Parents and guardians of children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction or 18 years of age, whichever is older, agree that you will be responsible for all uses of the Program by your child whether or not such uses were authorized by you.
                귀하가 해당 관할권에서 미성년자이거나 18세 미만인 아동의 부모 및 법정대리인인 경우, 귀하의 사용 허락 여부와 관계없이 아동의 해당 프로그램 사용에 대한 책임이 귀하에게 있음을 동의하는 것입니다.

                	<b>OWNERSHIP:</b> All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Program are owned by

                affiliates of Activision, or Activision’s licensors. The Program is protected by the copyright laws of the United States of America, international copyright treaties, conventions and other laws. The Program may contain certain licensed materials, and Activision’s licensors may protect their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN ANY ACCOUNT STORED OR HOSTED ON AN ACTIVISION SYSTEM, AND YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO THESE ACCOUNTS ARE AND SHALL FOREVER BE OWNED BY AND INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF ACTIVISION. ACTIVISION MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR DELETE ANY OF THESE ACCOUNTS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

                Activision may deploy or provide mandatory patches, updates, and modifications to the Program that must be installed for you to continue to use the Program. Activision may update the Program remotely without notifying you, and you hereby grant to Activision consent to deploy and apply such patches, updates, and modifications. Broadband internet is required for such patches, updates, and modifications. You are responsible for any and all broadband access and usage fees.

                Activision warrants to the original consumer purchaser of this Program that the physical media on which this Program is stored and any physical accessories (together the “Goods”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. If the Goods are found defective within 90 days of original purchase, Activision agrees to replace, free of charge, the applicable defective Goods within the applicable 90 day period, upon its receipt of the Program (postage paid, with proof of the date of purchase) so long as the Goods are still being manufactured by Activision.
