Bubba Yuga (“the Game”) is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use only. By installing or playing the Game, you agree to the terms of this EULA.

2. Usage Restrictions

Install and play the Game on your personal devices.

Share the Game with others for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

Sell, rent, lease, or distribute the Game or any part of it for commercial purposes.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game, except as expressly allowed by law.

Use the Game to create derivative works without written permission from the developer.

3. Ownership
The Game, including all code, art, music, and content, is owned by the developer. This EULA does not transfer ownership to you.

4. Updates and Support
The developer may provide updates, patches, or new versions at their discretion. You are not entitled to any updates or support beyond what is provided.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The developer does not guarantee the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, including lost data, lost profits, or other incidental damages.

7. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate by deleting all copies of the Game. The developer may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with its terms.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
