2. RESTRICTIONS

You agree that you will NOT:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.

Use the Game for commercial purposes without our express permission.

Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Use the Game for any unlawful or prohibited activity.

3. OWNERSHIP

The Game is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.

4. UPDATES AND CHANGES

We may release updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. Such updates may be automatic or require manual installation. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.

5. TERMINATION

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate your license at any time if you violate the terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Game.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
