This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Feldt Games governing your use of the game Broken Shores.

License Grant
Feldt Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the game for personal, non-commercial use only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Ownership
All content including software, artwork, audio, and trademarks are owned by Feldt Games. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.

Prohibited Conduct
You may not modify, hack, cheat, or use unauthorized third-party software with the game. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Updates
The game may receive updates, changes, or modifications without notice.

Refunds
Refunds are governed by Steam’s refund policy.

Disclaimer
The game is provided “AS IS” without warranties except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability
Feldt Games’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the game to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of purchase, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
