END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)


This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and DarkJab Studio.


This EULA supplements the Steam Subscriber Agreement ("SSA"). In case of a conflict between this EULA and the SSA, the SSA shall prevail.


By installing or using this software ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.


1. GRANT OF LICENSE: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use one copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA and the SSA.


2. RESTRICTIONS: You agree not to:

a. Commercially exploit the Game.

b. Distribute, lease, license, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer or assign the Game.

c. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Game.

d. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Game.


3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.


4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
