This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Gravistar Games ("Developer") regarding the use of the software product BLUE GUY MUST DIE ("Game").

By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

1. Licence Grant

Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not:

distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game

modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code

use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission

2. Ownership

The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Game – including artwork, code, music, characters, and all other content – remain the property of the Developer.

3. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)

If the Game allows users to create or upload content:

You retain ownership of your content

You grant Developer a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the Game

Developer may remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable law.

4. Online Features & Steam Services

Some features of the Game rely on third-party services such as Steam (including achievements, cloud saves, leaderboards, and multiplayer features).

Developer is not responsible for:

outages

service interruptions

changes to Steam functionality

loss of data stored through Steam services

5. Updates & Patches

Developer may release updates, patches, or changes to the Game. These may:

fix bugs

add or remove features

improve performance

You agree that the Game may update automatically.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

exploit bugs or cheats

engage in harassment or abusive behaviour

attempt to disrupt servers or online features

use the Game for unlawful purposes

Violation may result in termination of your licence.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Developer does not guarantee:

uninterrupted gameplay

error-free performance

compatibility with all hardware or systems

You use the Game at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer is not liable for:

loss of data

loss of profits

hardware damage

indirect or consequential damages

Developer’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.

9. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

Developer may terminate your licence if you:

violate this Agreement

attempt to tamper with the Game

engage in unlawful activity related to the Game

Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using the Game.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
