END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT This is a legal contract between you and Klei Entertainment Inc. (“Klei”) regarding the game titled Beastieball (the “Game”). You will be bound by this contract if you install or use the Game. If you don’t agree, then you are not allowed to install or use the Game.

- Licence. Klei grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the Game on your own computer, only for your own personal purposes. Klei retains all other rights in connection with the Game and all intellectual property in it.

- Privacy. We respect your privacy and only collect, use and disclose your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy https://www.klei.com/privacy-policy and in this Agreement. Klei may collect metrics regarding your use of the Game, including how long and how often you play the Game. Klei has used reasonable efforts to make this information anonymous (in other words, Klei has tried to exclude information that identifies you personally). You can turn off metrics reporting within the Game if you wish.

- Disclaimer. The Game is “as is”. Klei makes no representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever about the Game. You install and use the Game completely at your own risk.

- Limitation of Liability. Klei will not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential or special damages whatsoever in connection with the Game. Klei’s only potential liability to you will be for direct damages caused by the Game, and only to a maximum of CDN$100.
Jurisdication. This agreement is governed exclusively by British Columbia law. The courts of British Columbia, Canada, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes regarding this agreement or the Game.
