END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE.

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Hypercent Inc. (“Company”) regarding the use of the game software “Backroom Company” (“Software”).

1. GRANT OF LICENSE  
The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS  
You may NOT:  
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.  
- Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Software.  
- Modify or create derivative works based on the Software without prior consent.

3. DATA COLLECTION AND TRANSMISSION  
The Software may automatically collect and transmit non-personally identifiable information including, but not limited to:  
- System information (e.g., OS version, hardware specs)  
- Gameplay logs and in-game behavior data  
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics  

This data is collected solely to improve game quality, enhance user experience, and fix technical issues. Data may be transmitted to the Company’s servers or those of authorized third-party analytics providers.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

5. TERMINATION  
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Software. This Agreement will also terminate if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.

6. DISCLAIMER  
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.

7. GOVERNING LAW  
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
