END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR BACKPACK SURVIVORS

Effective Date: 29-05-2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“You” or “User”) and CM Game Studio (“Developer”, “We”, or “Us”) for the game Backpack Survivors (“Game”), distributed via Steam.

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to this Agreement and Steam’s terms of service.

2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

3. Restrictions
You may not:

• Distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game;
  
• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Game;
  
• Use cheats, automation software, or hacks;
  
• Use the Game to violate any law or infringe any rights.

4. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows you to create or share content (e.g. mods, artwork), you retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display it in connection with the Game.

5. Disclaimers
The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be free of bugs or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game.

7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate it at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies.
