End User License Agreement (EULA) – Automate It

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“Player” or “User”) and South Blue Moon (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your use of the game Automate It and its associated services, including online features, leaderboards, and community submissions.

1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Automate It solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Online Features and Account Integration
When you play Automate It through Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, or Nintendo Switch, we collect your public profile information such as:
- Display name or nickname
- Profile image (if available)
- Unique platform ID (e.g., SteamID)

These are used to identify you in rankings and community content. You must have a valid account on the platform used to access these features.

3. Data Usage and Leaderboards
By submitting a score or uploading a solution, you authorize us to:
- Collect your gameplay data (scores, timings, energy usage, etc.)
- Store and display your solution structure for public or internal use
- Rank you on public or private leaderboards
- Display your profile information alongside your results

4. User-Generated Content
If you choose to submit screenshots, titles, or other creative content, you retain ownership but grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in-game, on our website, and social channels.

5. Anti-Cheat and Fair Play
Any attempt to:
- Manipulate game files
- Use unauthorized tools or exploits
- Automate gameplay for advantage

...may result in:
- Score invalidation
- Leaderboard removal
- Temporary or permanent ban from online features

All ranked submissions are analyzed using your recorded solution structure to detect inconsistencies.

6. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the game
- Resell or distribute unauthorized copies
- Use the game for illegal, abusive, or commercial purposes

7. Termination
We may terminate this agreement and suspend access to online features if you violate any part of this EULA. You may end the agreement at any time by uninstalling the game.

8. Updates and Amendments
We may revise this EULA at any time. Changes will be notified in-game or via platform updates. Continued use of the game implies acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil, and any dispute shall be settled in the courts of São Paulo – SP.
