                All copyright and related intellectual property rights in and to this software program, its update programs and this software program updated by the update programs (collectively the “Product”) are owned by

                or its licensors.

                Subject to your consent to this Agreement, Koei Tecmo grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to install the Product on only one 
                귀하가 이 계약에 동의하는 것을 전제로, Koei Tecmo는 전적으로 귀하의 개인적 사용을 위해서 오로지 한(1) 개의 컴퓨터에만 제품을 설치해서 사용할 수 있는 비독점적이고, 양도 불가능하며, 서브라이선스 부여가 불가능한 권리를 귀하에게 부여합니다.<br>(4) 귀하가 위 (3)항에 따라 컴퓨터에 설치한 제품에 관해서, 귀하는 해당 컴퓨터에서 그 제품을 완전히 삭제한 경우에만 다른 컴퓨터에 동일 제품을 설치할 수 있습니다.<br>(5) 위 (3)항 및 (4)항에 따라 제품을 컴퓨터에 설치하는 경우를 제외하고, 귀하는 제품을 복사해서는 안 됩니다.<br><br>2. 금지 행위<br>이 계약에 따라 제품을 사용할 때, 귀하는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.<br>・  이 계약에 명시적으로 달리 규정된 경우를 제외하고, 제품을 복사, 수정, 변경 또는 전송하는 행위<br>・  제품을 다른 소프트웨어와 결합하는 행위<br>・  제품을 임대, 리스 또는 기타 상업적으로 활용하는 행위<br>・  Koei Tecmo의 명시적인 서면 동의 없이 인터넷 또는 기타 방법을 통해서 제품 전체 또는 일부를 일반인에게 전송하거나, 전송될 수 있게 만드는 행위 <br>・  제품 역설계, 소스 코드 추출, 수정, 디컴파일, 디스어셈블 또는 기타 분석 행위<br>・  이 계약의 조건을 위반하는 행위<br>・  제품을 사용하고 아래 제4조에 규정된 Koei Tecmo의 고객 지원팀에 연락할 때, Koei Tecmo의 원활한 운영을 방해하는 행위<br>・  제품의 다른 구매자 또는 기타 제3자에게 불이익, 손해 또는 불편한 감정을 야기하는 행위<br>・  공공 질서 및 도덕에 반하는 행위<br>・  범죄 또는 불법행위를 저지르거나, 그 밖에 법률 또는 규정을 위반하는 행위<br>・  Koei Tecmo의 명성, 지적재산권 또는 기타 권리나 이익을 침해하는 행위<br>・  제품에 관해서 Koei Tecmo에 동일하거나 유사한 문의 등을 반복하는 행위<br>・  Koei Tecmo가 부적절하다고 판단하는 그 밖의 행위<br>・  직접 또는 간접으로 위에 열거된 행위를 야기하거나 촉진하는 행위<br>・  위에 열거된 행위에 해당되거나, 해당될 가능성이 있다고 Koei Tecmo가 합리적으로 판단하는 모든 행위<br><br>3. 보증 및 책임의 범위<br>
                (1) 
                computer and use the Product solely for your personal use.
                제품이 Koei Tecmo가 제공한 매뉴얼에 기술된 바와 같이 작동하지 않고 귀하가 Koei Tecmo의 귀책사유로 인해서 제품을 실질적으로 사용할 수 없는 경우, 사안별로 일본에 대해 판매된 제품에 관해서는 귀하의 구매 후 육십(60)일 동안, Koei Tecmo는 당사의 재량에 따라 귀하가 제품을 다시 다운로드받을 수 있도록 허용하거나, 제품을 수정하거나(업데이트 프로그램 배포 포함), 제품 가격을 귀하에게 환불합니다.<br>(2) 위 (1)항은 Koei Tecmo가 귀하의 제품 구매 기록을 확인할 수 있는 경우에 한해서 적용됩니다. Koei Tecmo가 위 (1)항에 따라 귀하에게 환불하는 경우, 귀하는 제품이 설치된 컴퓨터에서 해당 제품을 완전히 삭제해야 합니다.  <br>(3) 제품의 오작동 또는 하자가 다음 사유로 인한 경우, 위 (1)항은 적용되지 않습니다.<br>・  이 계약의 조건을 위반하는 제품 사용<br>・  귀하의 제품 수정이나 변경, 또는 본 제품과 다른 제품의 결합<br>・  제품에 대한 귀하의 고의 또는 과실에 의한 오용, 또는 그 밖에 비정상 상황에서의 제품 사용<br>・  제품이 설치된 컴퓨터 또는 해당 컴퓨터에 연결된 기타 하드웨어의 하자나 오작동, 또는 제품에 대해 요구되는 시스템 요건이나 통신 환경에 컴퓨터가 부합되지 않는 경우
                <br>(4) 
                With respect to the Product you have installed on the computer pursuant to section 
                제품은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.  Koei Tecmo는 특정 목적을 위한 적합성이나 적절성, 그리고 버그 및 기타 하자의 부존재를 포함하되 이에 국한하지 않고, 제품의 완전성, 정확성, 유용성, 성능 또는 적합성에 관해서 명시적이거나, 묵시적이거나, 그 밖의 방식에 의한 여하한 종류의 보증도 제공하지 않습니다.<br>(5) Koei Tecmo는 귀하에게 사전 통지 없이 제품의 일부를 수정(업데이트 프로그램 배포 포함)할 수 있습니다. 이러한 제품의 수정으로 인하여 귀하가 입게 되는 불이익 또는 손해에 대해 Koei Tecmo가 채무 불이행 또는 불법 행위 책임을 지는 경우, Koei Tecmo가 부담해야 하는 손해배상 책임은 Koei Tecmo(대표자 또는 대상 사용자를 포함)의 행위에 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우를 제외하고, 귀하가 제품 구입 시 지불한 금액을 초과하지 못합니다. <br>(6) 귀하가 제품의 사용(또는 사용 불능)으로부터 입게 되는 손해에 관하여 Koei Tecmo가 채무 불이행 또는 불법 행위 책임을 지는 경우, Koei Tecmo(대표자 또는 대상 사용자를 포함)의 행위에 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우를 제외하고, Koei Tecmo가 부담해야 하는 손해배상 책임은 귀하가 제품 구입 시 지불한 금액을 초과하지 못합니다.<br><br>4. 고객 지원<br>귀하는 Koei Tecmo가 다음 조건을 전제로 제품에 대한 고객 지원을 귀하에게 제공한다는 점에 동의하고, 이를 인정합니다.<br>・  Koei Tecmo는 제품의 상업적 출시일로부터 오로지 3년 동안만 제품에 대한 고객 지원을 귀하에게 제공합니다. <br>・  본 제품에 대한 접수는 특정 메일 양식을 사용합니다.<br>・  고객 지원 연락처에 관한 내용은 본 제품의 설명서를 참고하십시오.<br>・  Koei Tecmo는 당사의 재량에 따라, 귀하의 문의에 응답할지 여부와 답변할 내용을 결정합니다.<br>・  귀하의 문의사항에 따라서는 당사의 답변이 제공되지 않을 수도 있습니다.<br>・  Koei Tecmo는 귀하의 문의에 대한 Koei Tecmo의 답변의 완전성, 정확성, 유용성, 성과 또는 적합성에 관해서 명시적이거나, 묵시적이거나, 그 밖의 방식에 의한 여하한 종류의 보증도 제공하지 않습니다.<br><br>5. 제품 사용 등록<br>(1) 본 제품을 사용하기 위해서는 본 제품과 Steam® 클라이언트 소프트웨어를 설치해야 합니다(Steam® 계정 생성 포함).<br>(2) Steam® 클라이언트 소프트웨어를 설치하지 않은 경우, 귀하는 제품을 사용하기 위하여 Steam® 클라이언트 소프트웨어를 설치해야 합니다.<br>
                (3) 
                above, you may install the same Product on another computer as long as you completely delete the Product from the first computer.<br>(5) Except when you install the Product on the computer under section 
                귀하가 Steam® 등록(Steam® 계정 생성 포함)을 마치지 않은 경우, Steam® 내의 이용약관에 동의한 뒤, Steam® 등록(Steam® 계정 생성 포함)을 마쳐야 합니다.<br><br>6. 제품 사용을 위한 인터넷 연결<br>(1) 귀하가 위 제5조에 규정된 바와 같이 Steam 클라이언트 소프트웨어를 설치하고 Steam 등록을 완료한 경우, 귀하는 필요한 모든 하드웨어/서비스를 준비하고, 인터넷 서비스 제공사에 대한 요금, 통신비 등 필요한 모든 경비를 부담하고 지급해야 합니다.<br>(2) 귀하는 위 제5조에 규정된 바와 같이 Steam 클라이언트 소프트웨어를 설치하고 Steam 등록을 완료하는 경우, 귀하의 컴퓨터에 대한 소정의 정보가 전송되어 Koei Tecmo가 해당 정보를 수집 및 사용할 수 있다는 점에 동의합니다.<br><br>7. 계약의 종료<br>귀하가 이 계약을 위반하는 경우, Koei Tecmo는 이 계약에 따른 라이선스를 즉시 종료시킬 수 있습니다. 이 경우 귀하는 Koei Tecmo의 지시에 따라 제품이 설치된 컴퓨터(하드 드라이브 또는 기타 저장 장치 포함)에서 제품(모든 구성요소 및 사본 포함)을 삭제해야 합니다. <br><br>8. 수출 통제<br>귀하는 일본 정부 또는 관련 국가 정부로부터 필요한 수출 허가 또는 기타 정부 승인을 먼저 받지 않는 한, 제품의 전부 또는 일부를 어떠한 형태로든 직접 또는 간접으로 어떤 국가에도 수출해서는 안 됩니다.<br><br>9. 일반 조항<br>(1) 이 계약의 어느 조항이나 그 일부가 법률 또는 규정에 따라 무효 또는 집행 불가능으로 판정되는 경우에도 이 계약의 나머지 조항들은 완전한 효력을 유지합니다.<br>(2) 이 계약은 일본 법률의 적용을 받습니다.<br>

                and (4) above, you may not copy the Product.<br><br>2. Prohibited Actions<br>When using the Product hereunder, you may not:<br>・	except as otherwise expressly provided herein, copy, modify, alter or transfer the Product;<br>・	combine the Product with any other software;<br>・	rent, lease or otherwise exploit the Product commercially;<br>・	transmit or make ready to be transmitted to the public the Product in whole or in part via the internet or any other method without Koei Tecmo’s express written approval; <br>・	reverse engineer, derive source code, modify, decompile, disassemble or otherwise analyze the Product;<br>・	breach any terms and conditions hereof;<br>・	interrupt Koei Tecmo’s smooth operation when you use the Product and contact Koei Tecmo’s customer support set forth in Article 4 below;<br>・	cause disadvantage, damage or uncomfortable feelings to other purchasers of the Product or any other third party;<br>・	act against public order and good morals;<br>・	commit a crime or an illegal act or otherwise violate any laws or regulations;<br>・	infringe Koei Tecmo’s reputation, intellectual property rights or other rights or profit;<br>・	repeatedly make the same, similar inquiries etc. to Koei Tecmo about the Product;<br>・	conduct any other acts that Koei Tecmo deems to be inappropriate;<br>・	directly or indirectly, evoke or facilitate any of acts listed in the preceding items;<br>・	conduct any act that Koei Tecmo reasonably determines falls under or possibly falls under any of the preceding items;<br><br>3. Scope of Warranty and Liability<br>(1) If the Product doesn’t work as prescribed in the manual provided by Koei Tecmo and you can’t substantially use the Product due to the cause contributable to Koei Tecmo, Koei Tecmo, at its own discretion, shall allow you to re-download the Product, fix the Product (including distribution of update programs) or refund the price of the Product to you, for sixty (60) days after your purchase with respect to the Product sold for Japan or for ninety (90) days after your purchase with respect to the Product sold for territories other than Japan, as the case may be.<br>(2) Section (1) above shall apply only if Koei Tecmo could confirm the record of your purchase of the Product. If Koei Tecmo refunds to you under section (1) above, you shall completely delete the Product from the computer on which the Product is installed.

                Section (1) above shall not apply if the malfunction or the defect of the Product is due to any of followings:<br>・	Use of the Product breaching any terms and conditions hereof;<br>・	your modification or alteration of the Product or combination of the Product and any other product;<br>・	your willful or negligent misuse of the Product or other uses under an abnormal condition of the Product; or<br>・	any defect or malfunction of the computer on which the Product is installed or other hardware connected to the computer, or non-conformance of the computer to system requirements or communication environment required for the Product.<br>(4) THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS".  KOEI TECMO MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, REGARDING THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, PERFORMANCE, OR APPROPRIATENESS OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT, NOT LIMITED TO, FITNESS OR SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND FREEDOM FROM ANY BUGS AND ANY OTHER DEFECTS.<br>(5) Koei Tecmo may at any time modify a part of the Product (including distribution of update programs) without giving prior notice to you. IN THE EVENT THAT KOEI TECMO IS LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFIT INCURRED BY YOU ARISING OUT OF SUCH MODIFICATION, KOEI TECMO’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT, EXCEPT IN THE EVENT OF WILLFUL ACT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF KOEI TECMO (INCLUDING KOEI TECMO’S REPRESENTATIVE AND EMPLOYEES). <br>(6) IN THE EVENT KOEI TECMO IS LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR FUTURE DAMAGES OR LOSS ETC. INCURRED BY YOU ARISING OUT OF USE, UNAVAILABILITY OR DISCONTINUANCE OF THE PRODUCT, KOEI TECMO’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU HEREUNDER SHALL NOT EXCEED AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT, EXCEPT IN THE EVENT OF WILLFUL ACT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF KOEI TECMO (INCLUDING KOEI TECMO’S REPRESENTATIVE AND EMPLOYEES). <br><br>4. Customer Support<br>You agree and acknowledge that Koei Tecmo shall provide you with customer support for the Product subject to the following terms and conditions:<br>・	Koei Tecmo shall provide you with customer support for the Product only for the period of three (3) years from its commercial launch date; <br>・	Any inquiries with respect to the Product from you to our customer support division shall be made by filling out a web form specified by Koei Tecmo;<br>・	Please see the Product’s user manual for the contact of Koei Tecmo’s customer support;<br>・	Koei Tecmo shall, at its own discretion, determine whether to answer and what to answer to your inquiry;<br>・	We might not answer depending on your inquiry; and<br>・	KOEI TECMO MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, REGARDING THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, PERFORMANCE, OR APPROPRIATENESS OF KOEI TECMO’S ANSWER TO YOUR INQUIRY.<br><br>5. Registration for use of the Product<br>(1) In order to use the Product, you need to install the Steam client software and complete the Steam registration (including creating a Steam account). <br>(2) If you haven’t installed the Steam client software, you need to install the Steam client software in order to use the Product.<br>(3) If you haven’t completed the Steam registration (including creating a Steam account), you need to complete the Steam registration (including creating a Steam account) accepting STEAM SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT in order to use the Product.<br><br>6. The Internet connection for use of the Product<br>(1) When you install the Steam client software and complete the Steam registration set forth in Article 5 above, you shall prepare all necessary hardware/service and bear and pay all necessary charge for internet service provider, communication expense, etc.<br>(2) You agree that certain information on your computer will be sent and Koei Tecmo may collect and use such information if you install the Steam client software and complete the Steam registration set forth in Article 5 above.<br><br>7. Termination of this Agreement<br>Koei Tecmo may immediately terminate the license hereunder in case of your breach hereof. In this case, you shall, according to Koei Tecmo’s instructions, delete the Product (including all components and copies thereof) from the computer (including a hard drive or other storage device) on which the Product is installed. <br><br>8. Export Control<br>You shall not export, directly or indirectly, the Product in whole or in part in any form, to any country without first obtaining necessary export license or other governmental approval of Japanese government or the relevant country’s government.<br><br>9. General Provisions<br>(1) If any provision of this Agreement or part thereof is held to be invalid or unenforceable under any laws or regulations, the remaining provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect.<br>(2) This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.<br>(3) In the event of any dispute, this English version of this Agreement shall prevail over any other language versions.<br>(4) Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
                이 계약으로부터 발생하거나 이 계약과 관련되는 일체의 분쟁에 대한 제1심 전속관할법원은 도쿄지방법원입니다.<br>이상
