BY PLAYING THE VIDEO GAME (EITHER ON YOUR HOME CONSOLE OR ONLINE), AND/OR INSTALLING OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT WITH BNEE.
