This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the game software "Abyssal Breeder's
Journal" ("the Software"), provided by sasoriken-games ("the Developer"). By installing,
launching, or using the Software, you are deemed to accept this Agreement.

1. Grant of License
1.1 Subject to compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants the purchaser a
non-exclusive right to use the Software for personal purposes.
1.2 Copyright and all other rights in the Software remain with the Developer or the
applicable rights holders; this Agreement does not transfer ownership.

2. Prohibited Conduct
The purchaser shall not:
(1) redistribute, resell, lend, or publicly transmit the Software or any part of it;
(2) distribute modified or altered versions of the Software;
(3) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent
expressly permitted by applicable law;
(4) reproduce, share, or resell the Software through unauthorized means, including
sharing serial numbers or license keys;
(5) use the Software in violation of applicable law or public order and morals;
(6) use the Software in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties.
Let's plays, streaming, and screenshots for personal enjoyment are welcome, including
monetized content. Distributing the Software's files themselves falls under (1) above.

3. Save Data
Save data is stored locally on the purchaser's device. The purchaser is responsible for
managing and backing up their own save data. The Developer is not liable for any loss
of data.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
4.1 The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose, or otherwise.
4.2 The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to
use, the Software.
4.3 Meeting the stated system requirements does not guarantee operation on every
environment.

5. Personal Information
The Software does not collect or transmit personal information. See the Software's
privacy policy for details.

6. Changes to this Agreement
The Developer may revise this Agreement as necessary. Revised terms take effect upon
posting via the Software or its store page.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection
with the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having
jurisdiction over the Developer's location as the court of first instance.
